HOMESITE MAPCONTACT

Tabora council area which covers approximately a radius of 10 miles has 30 primary schools. From the 30 schools 10 are in the town,
each class has an average of 100 children. It’s purposed to help the children in P1- P3 at each school with milk from our dairy on a
     regular basis.

Through this programme the children would become aware of the benefits of pasteurised milk. There are very few children that receive
milk regularly and most of them who do drink it would consume sour milk which is not pasteurised. The milk becomes sour while
travelling to the town as it is highly contaminated, with traces of Cholera, Typhoid and Tuberculoses. Children’s health is poor and they
suffer many problems that could be avoided if they had better diets. Milk can strengthen them, giving more resistance to illness.
